Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is administered by "laying on-hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life-force energy" (Chi/Qi/Prana)
flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If your life-force energy is low, then you are more likely to become sick or feel stressed,
and if it is high, you are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki, like all healing modalities, is maintenance. To experience optimal
health, you should receive a session each month.
*Reiki/Massage Sessions cost: $60 for 90min session, will or can include Usui Reiki, Swedish Massage, Reflexology, and Acupressure

- A Reiki treatment/massage feels like a wonderful, glowing radiance that flows through and around you, sometimes referred to as a
"spiritual massage" or "acupuncture without the needles." - A Reiki practitioner is attuned to the Universal Energy of Reiki via a Reiki Master. You are a Reiki Practitioner at Level 1, so you are able
to provide Reiki treatments to clients. There are three levels, with the third level being the Master Level.
